The development unfolds around a limited collection of 28 private residences, a boutique hotel, and a central pavilion that anchors the island experience: a signature restaurant, spa and wellness facilities, pools, gathering spaces, and hospitality services.
Each component strengthens the whole, forming a fully integrated destination designed to operate year-round, where quality remains consistent from the moment of arrival on the island to the finest detail of every stay.

THE MARINA
Where the River Becomes a Destination
The marina is conceived as a signature in its own right. More than a docking point, it represents an arrival experience — a vibrant waterfront setting with walkways, terraces, dining, and spaces designed to pause, to take in the river, and to stay.
The objective is to establish it as a true destination on the St. Lawrence River — a recognized stopover offering meaningful activities and refined hospitality for the many recreational boaters navigating its waters.
